LJ Construction, was founded by Lee Jones in 1985, and now employs a workforce of over 150 from our Banbury based headquarters.

We aim to be the Carpentry Contractor of choice for the best of UK national house builders specialising in medium to large scale construction sites throughout central England.

We help build a range of properties, from one- and two-bedroom apartments to five bedroom detached houses including private and affordable homes.

Aligning ourselves to the vision of our clients, we are capable of achieving the most demanding of schedules and specifications, and are widely renowned as a reliable, trusted carpentry partner.

Our compliance assessed workforce maintain consistently high standards of workmanship through on the job training, regular tool box talks in addition to leveraging our own bespoke Total Quality Management system that helps us deliver carpentry excellence.

Our depth of knowledge and experience in Carpentry encompasses 1st Fix, 2nd fix and Finals, and extends to full carpentry material crane services. We're able to change gears when required adapting our strategies to fulfil fast-track housing schemes and are 100% CSCS compliant, SSIP, SMAS and NHBC Safemark accredited.

Our commitment to ensuring a safe working environment for our team, our clients and the wider public extends to founding our sister company Paramount which is a 100% house builder-focussed Health & Safety company. Paramount bring a management safety system tailored specifically to our company structure, and support us with site specific health and safety assessments, management, documentation, education and training.

Our dedicated Customer Care company, RB Maintenance, is focussed on protecting your reputation with customers. The RB Maintenance workforce are highly specialised carpentry contractors who are polite, courteous and able to both resolve the carpentry issue with minimal disruption to the occupier but equally important resolve the conflict.
