- Achieved 95% of our customer care SLAs
- Introduced 14 Apprentices and 15 Trainees into the industry
- Worked with 2 NHBC Regional Award-Winning Site Managers

- Crunching down the data - Further analysed the root cause of customer care defects and presented this to some of our valued housebuilder clients.
- Training and Qualifications - Got the ball rolling on some new company qualifications, more on this in 2025.
This has been an award-winning year for LJC. We've received some incredible customer care feedback, and we're proud to have contributed to some important charitable causes with our golf days and Movember 'tache growing efforts, we continued our annual support pledge to construction community charity The Lighthouse Club and provided support to those in need with our Christmas donations.
And there will be more of the same from us in 2025 as we continue to invest and develop in our team, the next wave of carpenter talent and the business as a whole!
